Since 1972 Ghepi has been working in the development of projects through R&D, engineering, molds construction and injection molding of polymeric materials. Ghepi is accredited as a Research Laboratory of the Emilia-Romagna High Technology Network. Ghepi has two production departments: one far Technical products and one far Food&Medical products set up as a ISO 8 Class Clean Room. Today we export to: Austria, France, Czech Republic, lsrael, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Vietnam. The main sectors to which we turn are: Mechatronics, Mechanics, Electrical-Electronic, Barcode reader, Professional gardening machines, Automatic packaging machines, Medicai devices, Food&Beverage Packaging, Hydraulic and Pneumatic, Internal handling with laser- barcode systems, Contrai valves, High pressure pumps, Systems of Heating and Conditioning, Air and Water Treatment

Description of the company success story (Ex: innovative solutions offered linked to Covid19 emergency, reconversion of production case, etc.)

To deal with the health emergency caused by Covid-19, we have decided to reconvert our production and create a protective mask produced with the injection molding technology. ReMask, the brand of our product, is made to be recyclable, reusable and durable to face the shortage and continuous repurchase of disposable masks. The rnask and filter cover are 100% recyclable, by changing only the filter ReMask saves 75% of tissue compared with disposable surgical masks. This face rnask is made of HDPE, it is durable and sanitizable, it is not a single use mask. ReMask has already passed the following tests: UNI EN ISO 10993-1:2010 Biocompatibility; UNI 14683:2019 Bacterial Filtration Efficiency (BFE), Flow resistance (Breathability) and Bioburden. lt's 100% Made in ltaly, designed and manufactured by GHEPI.
