As a production system, "Metalurg DOO" deals with the processing of non-ferrous metals and their alloys in the liquid state by casting processes. Of the total production, the largest part of cast products (finished products and semi-finished products) was obtained by processing copper and copper alloys (bronze, brass), however, this does not mean that the processing of aluminum alloys and other alloys is negligible. Technological casting procedures used in the production process are: 1. Casting in sand mixture according to the model. 2. Gravitational casting in metal molds 3. Centrifugal horizontal casting process of sleeves and sleeves. Product types: 1. Centrifugally cast sleeves and rings 2. Castings made according to the model; pump car; valve housings; clamps; brackets; connecting elements; sliding slats 3. Bearings cast in white metal or bronze 4.
